CERTIFICATE OF RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION
The following statement of faith sets forth principles that we are to live by in relation
to our beliefs as related to medical treatment of inoculations, vaccines and related
cures.
We are called by God to be holy, Leviticus 19:2 "Ye shall be holy." Romans 12:1,
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your
bodies a living sacrifice, holy,---" Holy means not only to be in the service of God,
but to be "clean". We have a saying, "Cleanliness is next to
godliness." II Cor 6:17 "touch not the unclean thing..." Lev 15:2,
"When any man hath a running issue out of his flesh, because of his issue he is
unclean, Those who come in contact with diseased people also become unclean, Lev 15, 3-13.
Num 19:11, "He that toucheth the dead body of any man shall be unclean seven
days." The touching of dead or unclean animals also results in our bodies being
unclean or defiled. See Lev 11:31-40. Diseased or unclean animals, bad bacteria, and virus
are not to come into contact with our bodies. Because vaccines are made from such unclean
sources, to take them into the body would defile a person. Vaccines violate our
cleanliness and are therefore unclean and unholy. Leviticus 11:44, "For I am the Lord
your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy,
neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon
the earth."
Many vaccine inoculations originate directly from aborted baby fetuses. Abortions are an
abomination to God. Any product derived from this ungodly industry is cursed by God and
its products will have a detrimental effect upon those injected by it. See
Deuteronomy 28:15 To use such products derived from abortions is a violation of moral
conscience.
The first line of defense against diseases is the skin, and to cut or puncture the skin is
a violation of Biblical law. "Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh....nor
print any marks upon you," Leviticus 19:28. To inject vaccinations into the body
violates this Biblical Principle. The Vaccines are all derived from unclean sources and
the manufacture of them violates Biblical principles. Furthermore to inject an unclean,
unholy, abominable thing into the body violates additional Biblical principles. Therefore,
Christians are commanded by God not to accept anything into their bodies that would defile
them and make them unclean. The vaccines are such substances and are therefore forbidden.
If we follow Biblical principles that God has given us, then, "the Lord shall take
away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou
knowest, upon thee;"
The First Amendment, the law of the land, states that Congress shall make no law
prohibiting the free exercise of religion. Furthermore, Congress has not made any laws
that require its civilians or military to take vaccinations, and the right of religious
belief has been respected by the the courts and by Department of Defense regulations (AR
40-562, AFJI 48-110, BUMEDINST 6230.15). Department of Defense regulations require that
this right be respected to even include vaccinations and inoculations. Therefore, I
request that my religious right not to have vaccinations be respected and that I be
granted a religious exemption.
