Hey there, I don't know if it is still here on the board somewhere or not, but there was a pic of my rash posted. Search under marky-mark and it should come up. I've got tons of pictures of the rashes I get on my face and scalp, and now the VA says that they are more than likely due to DEET exposure, from spraying straight DEET onto the webbing and chin strap of my Kevlar helmet. Who knows, but that's what they're saying this week, even though it's still officially diagnosed as non-specific dermatitis, after a biopsy and everything. Could easily win a claim for this to be service connected, but since I'm already at 100% P&T, I just don't see the point.

Marky-mark,
I looked for those pics, but couldn't find them. If you (or anyone on here) still have them, I'd appreciate it if you'd repost them. It might help to compare the pics of your scalp to what I have going on. Thanks, even if you don't have them anymore.

I hope these are yours, Neal. I had them stored on another site, as well.

WOW. DEET caused that. No wonder I always had a problem with spraying chemicals on to my body.

Sorry, I don't have scalp pics...

If anyone else has pictures to share of their skin conditions, you may email them to me and I will post them.

Nope, those aren't mine, but man does it look terrible. I'll find my pics, and scan them, but I don't know how to post them, but will do so with some instruction. I'm glad mine isn't as bad as the leg pics!

I get the skin rashes although, they don't itch. My skin turns red and almost purple in the area of pressure points as observed by VA doctors. I've just learned to live with it and avoid people that want to spray Lysol on me.

I stay home, I don't want to contaminate anyone. What is really needed is something like a leopard colony but it should be called a Gulfwar Illness Colony. Maybe the Almighty would then come down and touch us with a blessing of healing.

her website is www.iraqinfections.org
This has been covered up by our Government and is transmitted by sandfleas and other vectors.
Thanks so much.

Here's some links that might help.

http://www.jigsawhealth.com/articles/thick-blood-causes.html

http://www.orthomed.com/klenner.htm

The picture with the red rash is a result of taking 10 to 15 grams of Vitamin C Ascorbate. What happens is the blood becomes less sticky or thick and opens\flows in the capillaries on the surface of the skin. This picture was taken after taking 10 to 15 grams of Vitamin C Ascorbate and waiting two hours.

One Doctor wanted to close up fives veins in both my legs but I have chosen not to have this done.

http://www.amazon.com/Virus-Within-Coming-Epidemic/dp/0525945342

I have three blood clots right now in my left leg and the blood test show HHV-6, EBV. Looking back I would have to say that thick blood has done the damage in both my legs overtime. It's transferable and can be dormant in the body.

Go to the web link below and look up a product called (No Fool 1) This is a Vitamin C that has helped me.

(Cayenne Tincture)
This product above is great for the blood and it's from Dr. Schulze's at http://www.herbdoc.com
