Joyce Riley served as a Captain in the United States Air
Force and flew on C-130 missions in support of Operation Desert Storm. She
is the spokesperson for the American Gulf War Veterans Association, which
provides education and information for Gulf War veterans and their families
and seeks treatment for the illnesses
from which thousands of Gulf War veterans
now suffer.
