PETITION TO STOP U.S. GOVERNMENT BIO/CHEM WARFARE "EXPERIMENTS" (& GOVT. USE OF POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS TECHNOLOGIES & VACCINES) UPON AMERICAN CITIZENS. THE LEGISLATION (BELOW) WOULD REPLACE TITLE 50, CHAPTER 32, SECTION 1520(A) OF U.S. CODE & PUBLIC LAW 105-85, AND PROTECT THE PUBLIC FROM SUCH "EXPERIMENTS", TECHNOLOGIES AND VACCINES.

We the undersigned American Citizens and Legislators, strongly urge the Congress, President and Secretary of Defense, to replace Title 50, Chapter 32, Section 1520(a) of U.S. Code & Public Law 105-85, with (CFR/PL) Legislation that PROTECTS the public from potentially hazardous Government "Experiments", Technologies and Vaccines. At minimum, we feel this legislation should include the provisions(below), in addition to any deemed necessary by the following experts(*4.) to protect the public health.

THIS (NEW) LEGISLATION SHOULD:
1.) "Mandate DOD (domestic) conformity to the Nuremberg Code and prohibit future U.S. Government "testing" (or) use of Chemical, Biological (or) OTHER dangerous experimental or potentially dangerous (non-Geneva Convention approved) Weapons(*1.), Technologies(*2.) (or) Vaccines upon American Citizens and Military Personnel. Period. NO EXCEPTIONS! 2.) Codify into (CFR/Public) Law, the (unalienable) Right of ALL Americans (-including our Military Personnel) to legally "exempt" themselves and their children from any Vaccine (or) invasive procedure they DO NOT wish to partake in (-without Government penalty (or) prejudice) and make the continued overt (or) covert "testing" (or) use of such Weapons (*1.), Technologies (*2.) (or) Vaccines upon the Public (or) our Military, a crime punishable by a mandatory minimum (10 yr.) prison sentence (-to be served by any Federal Official, Agent (or) Hire (*3.) convicted of authorizing, implementing, acquiescing to, concealing (or) conspiring to incorporate such "tests" (or) uses into Official U.S. Government Policy) 3.) Strip away the "acting under color of law "immunities currently afforded such Officials (*3.) and allow those harmed by such "tests" (or) uses legal grounds to sue such Officials (*3.) under Criminal and Civil Laws (-for the damages, pain and suffering they've endured) 4.) Require ALL future Bio-Chem (or) OTHER Weapons (*1.), Technologies (*2.) and Vaccine Research clearly list (-in their documentation): A.) the authorizing Official(s)(*3.) along with their dated and notarized signature(s) B.)the relevant test/use date(s) and location(s), Chemical/Biological agent (or) OTHER Weapon (*1.), Technology (*2) (or) Vaccine used, as well as C.) the names of any (outside) NGO (or) Private Sector individuals who've been instrumental in bringing such "tests" (or) uses to fruition with the suppression of such accountability data criminally punishable (-as above)".

Bio-Chem and "Non-Lethal Weapons" (*2.) the HAARP Project (Grakona, Alaska) and Microchip Implant Devices of any configuration, for any stated purpose, in humans (*3.) Federal Officials, Agents including contracted Hires and (outside) NGO/Private Sector Individual(s) authorizing, implementing, acquiescing to, concealing (or) conspiring to incorporate such "tests" (or) uses into Official U.S. Government Policy (*4.)
