this paper was written by Dr. Jonathan B. Tucker who at that time directed the Chemical Biological weapons Nonproliferation Project at the Center for Nonproliferation Studies, Monterey Institute of International Studies. Prior to that he worked at the U.S. Department of State, the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment, the Chemical and Biological Policy Division of the U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, and on the staff of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Gulf War Veterns' Illnesses.

I included some of the reports in this document in the previous post "all in our heads". So if you have tie please try and research this group online for all documents that might help you with either VA claims or with the BS your VA provider may be giving you at appointments. Time to end the lies! They thought this had gone away or been lost or buried with those of us already dead. BUT its time to bring back the facts. Its in these reports and others why the VA decided to grant presumptive connected issues in the first place.

Time to reload and counter-attack the DoD and VA and our Government with their own investigation findings and reports. Remember it was only after all these BS hearings and investigations that the Khamasiyah Demolitions were exposed making a mockery of the WHOLE thing in my opinion.

Ask for all papers related to these procceedings during that time to find the truth. Its under the Freedom of Info Act to gain copies.

Here is one discussed during the U.S. Senate Committe on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, Hearing United States Dual-Use Exports to Iraq and Their Impact on the Health of Persian Gulf War Veterans, 103rd Congress, 2nd sess., May 25, 1994(Senate Hearing 103-900), pp. 303-304; 1st Marine Division operations log, Feb. 25 1991

Time /Date
24 Feb 91/ 1908 hours
Location
Vicinity of Ahmed Al Jaber Airbase, Kuwuait
Description
As Task Force Ripper holds positions around Al Jabar Airbase, the mass spectrometer on the FO vehicle operated by CWO Joseph Cottrell detects vapors of Lewisite Blister agent. Cottrell reports his findings to 1st Marine Division Headquarters and is told to send his detection record up the chain of command. Headquarters responds that the detection is a false alarm, caused by the oil well smoke from fires. But Cottrell seperates the petro peaks from the agent spectrum, confirming the detection. According to the 1st Marine Division log, "Ripper 6 believes that chemical weapons were used, but not sure if Ripper was the target. These chemical munitions could have been exploded by our own arty, thus causing secondary explosions."

In this document I have 7 pages of reports listed similar to the one above dated from Sept. 1990 to 12 Mar. 1991

KNOWLEDGE IS THE BEST WEAPON OF ALL. Its out there people we just need some healthy vets or some sick veterans wive's that have the passion to help get this sorted out, breath fire on it and bring it all back to life-- Its been 20 years but look how long Vietnam Vets had to wait for the Agent Orange issue to be properly addressed. Using that issue as example for time frame, I believe if this is taken up in force now it will now get our veterans better care and compensation they have always deserved!
Thank You and have a great day!
And I apologize to the Board and Admin for bringing this out on here if causes any problems. I'm sure BIG BRO don't want to see all this started again!

I got ran out of the spokane va and don't think I will ever return so ran out of meds and I'm tryin to find a local civilian doc that can handle all the va lies in my records and the exposures and DoD stuff without telling me to go back to va wich has happened in the past. The va just turned into a real negative twilight zone atmosphere where everytime I go in I come out worse than before and is having a bad effect on my overall health instead of the opposite like its supposed to. I used to have some of the riegelreport but have not felt like looking for it.

a nurse lied cause I got his providers little willy slapped and told someone I threatened to kill the provider. LIE. So without even a phone call or letter just walked in one day and asked to be seen and was told by the receptionist I had to check in with VA police before entered the place further. I am a percieved threat and have never hurt any VA staff or property and just some lame ass says I said something and I am guilty. Like Nazi Germany or Stalin killed like how many people that was PERCIEVED THREATS where does that shit end? So I told them I will not subject myself to that rule and dishonor myself by reporting to the police every visit like I'm a common criminal. So VA gets there way and I part.
Good news is a local Comm. Health center I went to last week that is waiting to get my records sounded real positive about taking me as a patient and if this happens I will write the director and tell her to kiss my rebel d&*k.

Sounds to familiar, I hope this works getting outa the VA would reduce my stress level about 90%. Don't know if I can afford it but I got medicare so we'll give er a shot.
Take care
